Run, Jog or Walk for 90 seconds… then perform the following circuit:
Feel Free to Swap Out the Run for Jump Rope, Row Machine, or Spin Bike
Beginner | 2 rounds of 10 reps |
Intermediate | 4 rounds of 20 reps |
Advanced | 6 rounds of 30 reps |
