Week 1 - Journaling Exercise
In this exercise, you will be trained on how to journal. This will help you to be become self aware of how your feelings,thoughts and actions affect you and through our coach they will help you resolve your experiences.
Week 2 - Gratitude Exercise
This will bring to your awareness what you should be grateful for. By exercising this for 21 days, you will make it a habit to exercise gratitude.
As a result of being grateful, make some action in return to be good to someone who doesnt deserve. As most Joy is experience while giving.
Being grateful expecially when down, helps you to focus on something else and that immediately removes your troubles. It could be as little as saying to someone, I love you, I am grateful, I am proud of you.

How do you respond to issues. Do you use negative response or positive response.
We wil observe how we respond especially to negative forces towards us and respond with love, kindness, patients
WEEK 5: Fruit of the spirit
These are Love..........................
On this week you will respond daily using one of these principles.
Week 6 Meditation
On this week, three times a day, you will pause form all you do and take a break to meditate.
You can use one of our matras. or any o f your own
week 7: purpose your day
Today ask yourslef wht is your purpose and whateve you do have that in mnd, to respnd in say "love", speak i love etc.
